中國(guó)固廢網(wǎng)了解到，河內(nèi)市正為首都最大垃圾填埋場(chǎng)——南山垃圾填埋場(chǎng)的修復(fù)工程尋求投資者，計(jì)劃通過(guò)開(kāi)挖焚燒所有存量垃圾實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域生態(tài)修復(fù)，以解決長(zhǎng)期污染問(wèn)題。

Hanoi is seeking investors for a major waste-to-energy project that will excavate andincinerate the entire volume of buried waste at Nam Son, the capital's largest landfill, in an effort to rehabilitate the area and address long-standing pollution.

河內(nèi)市農(nóng)業(yè)與環(huán)境局已啟動(dòng)投資者預(yù)選招標(biāo)程序，為總投資約7.53萬(wàn)億越南盾（約合2.8629億美元）的河內(nèi)環(huán)境修復(fù)與垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目遴選合作方。

The Department of Agriculture and Environment has invited investors to regiser for theshortlisting round of the Hanoi environmental remediation and waste-to-energy project,with an estimated cost of VND7.53 trillion ($286.29 million).

該項(xiàng)目將采用垃圾焚燒發(fā)電技術(shù)，處理污水污泥、日常生活垃圾以及南山垃圾填埋場(chǎng)的歷史積存垃圾。市政當(dāng)局表示，此舉旨在減少朔山縣的惡臭污染，并修復(fù)已達(dá)容量極限的垃圾填埋單元。

The project will handle sewage sludge, daily household waste, and legacy waste buriedat the Nam Son site, using waste-to-energy technology. Municipal authorities say theinitiative aims to reduce odor pollution in Soc Son district and restore landfill cells thathave reached capacity. 

根據(jù)規(guī)劃，該項(xiàng)目將建設(shè)一座日處理能力達(dá)2400噸的垃圾焚燒發(fā)電廠，并配套建設(shè)日處理能力600噸的污泥干化系統(tǒng)。其中，每日將有150噸干化污泥回輸至焚燒爐進(jìn)行協(xié)同處置。該項(xiàng)目還將建設(shè)連接國(guó)家電網(wǎng)的輸電線路及配套基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。

Plans call for construction of a waste-to-energy plant with a processing capacity of 2,400tons per day and a sludge-drying system capable of handling 600 tons daily, of which150 tons will be dried and fed back into the incinerator.

The project will also include transmission lines connecting to the national grid andaccompanying infrastructure.

投資方需采用能夠焚燒未經(jīng)分類(lèi)的城市生活垃圾及干化污泥的爐排爐焚燒技術(shù)，并確保排放物、廢水及副產(chǎn)品符合國(guó)家環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。固化后的飛灰將進(jìn)行填埋處理或采用經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的處置方式。

Investors are required to apply grate-furnace incineration technology capable of burningunclassified municipal waste and dried sludge, while ensuring that emissions,wastewater, and byproducts meet national environmental standards. Solidified fly ashwill be landfilled or treated under approved methods.

該項(xiàng)目選址于南山垃圾處理中心二期北側(cè)，占地面積12.46公頃，將采用政府與社會(huì)資本合作模式開(kāi)發(fā)，無(wú)需國(guó)家財(cái)政出資，由投資方負(fù)責(zé)全額融資。河內(nèi)市預(yù)計(jì)該設(shè)施將于2029年第四季度投入運(yùn)營(yíng)。

自1996年投入運(yùn)營(yíng)以來(lái)，南山垃圾填埋場(chǎng)承擔(dān)著河內(nèi)市主要垃圾處理任務(wù)，長(zhǎng)期存在的垃圾堆積如山、惡臭彌漫及滲濾液污染等問(wèn)題持續(xù)影響著周邊社區(qū)環(huán)境。

The project will occupy 12.46 hectares in the northern section of the phase-two Nam Sonwaste treatment complex, It will be developed under a public-private partnership modelwith no state capital, requiring investors to secure all financing. Hanoi expects thefacility to be operational by the fourth quarter of 2029.Nam Son landfill, in operation since 1996, handles most of Hanoi's waste and has longbeen associated with towering garbage piles, foul odors, and leachate that have affected surrounding communities.

地方政府計(jì)劃在未來(lái)5至7年內(nèi)完成所有填埋垃圾的開(kāi)挖與處理工作，為將這片500公頃的土地轉(zhuǎn)化為社區(qū)用地創(chuàng)造條件。

Local authorities aim to excavate and treat all buried waste within the next 5-7 years,Opening the path to convert the 500-hectare site into land for community use.

據(jù)城市環(huán)境公司數(shù)據(jù)，擁有800多萬(wàn)人口的河內(nèi)市每日產(chǎn)生約7500噸生活垃圾。

With over eight million residents, Hanoi discharges around 7,500 tons of householdwastes daily, according to urban waste collector Urenco.
