Danantara Indonesia Investment Management Agency for Sustainable Energy will announce the results of the first stage of the waste-to-energy project auction. The Lead of Waste to Energy at Danantara Indonesia,  Fadli Rahman, stated that the project will be built in areas between Bogor City and Bogor Regency, Bekasi City and Bekasi Regency, Yogyakarta, and Denpasar, which are the most prepared locations.

印尼可持續(xù)能源投資管理機(jī)構(gòu)（Danantara Indonesia）將公布第一階段垃圾發(fā)電項(xiàng)目招標(biāo)結(jié)果。（Danantara Indonesia）垃圾發(fā)電項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人Fadli Rahman表示：“ 該項(xiàng)目將在茂物市（Bogor City）和茂物縣（Bogor Regency)、勿加泗市(Bekasi City)和勿加泗縣(Bekasi Regency)、日惹(Yogyakarta)以及登巴薩(Denpasar)等地建設(shè)，這些地區(qū)是目前準(zhǔn)備最充分的地點(diǎn)。

Currently, 24 foreign companies from China, Japan, and France have been selected as developers and Managers of the waste-to-energy project. They have passed the selection process conducted by Danantara, out of the previous 200 technology providers (Daftar Penyedia Teknologi - DPT).

目前，來自中國、日本和法國的24家外資企業(yè)已被選為該垃圾發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)商與管理者。他們從原有的200家技術(shù)供應(yīng)商（Daftar Penyedia Teknologi - DPT）中脫穎而出，通過了印尼可持續(xù)能源投資管理機(jī)構(gòu)（Danantara Indonesia）的篩選流程。

Fadli mentioned that the selected companies will form a consortium with local companies as partners. The tender winner will choose the local entities involved in project development. A consortium can consist of companies with varying numbers of members.

Fadli Rahman表示，中標(biāo)企業(yè)將與本地企業(yè)作為合作伙伴共同組建聯(lián)合體。中標(biāo)方將自主選擇參與項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的本地合作方。聯(lián)合體可由成員數(shù)量不等的多家企業(yè)組成。

"The winners will make the selection, but we have to review. We have to ensure that they are truly capable, including their local companies," he said.

“中標(biāo)方雖有權(quán)選擇合作方，但我們必須進(jìn)行審查。我們必須確保他們真正具備實(shí)力，這其中也包括他們所選的本地企業(yè)，”他說道。

Fadli stated that after the tender announcement, the construction process is targeted to begin at the end of the first quarter of 2026. The project is expected to take 1.5 to 2 years to complete.

Fadli Rahman表示，招標(biāo)結(jié)果公布后，項(xiàng)目建設(shè)工作預(yù)計將于2026年第一季度末啟動。該項(xiàng)目預(yù)計需要1.5年至2年時間完成。

Previously, Danantara mentioned that there are 7 agglomeration areas where the waste-to-energy project will be developed. However, only 4 areas are truly prepared for the first stage.

此前，印尼可持續(xù)能源投資管理機(jī)構(gòu)（Danantara Indonesia）曾表示，共有7個聚集區(qū)計劃開發(fā)垃圾發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，但目前僅有4個區(qū)域真正具備條件進(jìn)入第一階段建設(shè)。

The project requires an investment of Rp2.5 trillion to 3 trillion for one facility. The electricity generated will be sold to PT PLN (Persero) for US$0.20 per kWh. One waste-to-energy facility is estimated to help reduce waste by 1,000 tons per day.

此前印尼可持續(xù)能源投資管理機(jī)構(gòu)（Danantara Indonesia）曾提及，垃圾發(fā)電項(xiàng)目計劃在7個聚集區(qū)開展，但目前僅有4個區(qū)域?yàn)槭纂A段建設(shè)做好了充分準(zhǔn)備。該項(xiàng)目每個設(shè)施需投資2.5萬億至3萬億印尼盧比，所發(fā)電量將以每千瓦時0.2美元的價格出售給印尼國家電力公司（PT PLN）。預(yù)計每個垃圾發(fā)電設(shè)施每日可幫助減少1000噸垃圾量。

"Once again, this is a humanitarian aspect, not just an investment aspect, not just a calculation aspect, not just a social aspect," Fadli Rahman said.

Fadli Rahman 表示：“這不僅是投資層面、經(jīng)濟(jì)核算層面或社會層面的考量，更是一項(xiàng)關(guān)乎人道主義的重要事業(yè)。”
