近日，中國(guó)固廢網(wǎng)了解到，越南最南端的金甌省人民委員會(huì)已批準(zhǔn)一項(xiàng)總投資超過(guò)1.7萬(wàn)億越盾(約合6500萬(wàn)美元)的大規(guī)模垃圾發(fā)電廠項(xiàng)目投資計(jì)劃。

The People's Committee of Ca Mau, the southernmost province ofVietnam, has approved an investment plan for a large-scale waste-to-energy plant project with a total capital of over VND1.7 trillion (US$65million).

NamCan垃圾發(fā)電廠預(yù)計(jì)主要處理生活垃圾,其次要目標(biāo)是發(fā)電。該設(shè)施計(jì)劃建在達(dá)莫伊公社，占地約20公頃，包括陸地和水域。

The Nam Can waste-to-energy plant is expected to mainly treat household waste, while itssecondary goal wil be generating electricity.The facility is planned to be built in Dat Moi Commune, spanning some 20 hectares of bothland and water surfaces.

根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃，該垃圾焚燒發(fā)電廠每天可處理約600公噸垃圾，并預(yù)計(jì)擁有六兆瓦的發(fā)電能力。

Under the design plan, the plant will be capable of processing some 600 metric tons of waste. Per day and is expected to have an electricity generation capacity of six megawatts.

該工廠建成后，將收集并處理來(lái)自多個(gè)公社的生活垃圾，這些公社包括范文顯、新安、末端、南根、新地以及三江。

Once in place, the plant will collect and treat household waste from several communes,including Phan Ngoc Hien, Tan An,Dat Mui, Nam Can, Dat Moi, and Tam Giang.

該項(xiàng)目的投資者將通過(guò)公開(kāi)招標(biāo)方式選定。

The investor for the project will be selected through a public bidding process.

除了新批準(zhǔn)的NamCan項(xiàng)目外，該省還呼吁投資建設(shè)固體廢物處理綜合體。

該規(guī)劃綜合體還包括另一座位于慶阿公社的垃圾發(fā)電廠，占地面積約10公頃。

This planned complex includes another waste-to-energy plant to be located in Khanh An Commune,covering an area of around 10 hectares.

金甌省目前只有一個(gè)位于原金甌市的垃圾處理廠，但該廠已關(guān)閉超過(guò)六個(gè)月。

Ca Mau Province has only one waste treatmentplan,ocated in the former Ca Mau City, butit hasbeen shut down for more than six months.

因此，該省大部分生活垃圾目前被填埋處理。此外，原屬薄寮省的和平區(qū)垃圾填埋場(chǎng)污染修復(fù)與治理項(xiàng)目也已暫停。這進(jìn)一步限制了該地區(qū)全面管理每日垃圾量的能力。

As a result, most domestic waste across the province is now being buried.In addition, a project aimed at rehabilitating and treating pollution at a landill site in Hoa BinhDistrict,formerly part of Bac Lieu Province, has also been suspended.This has further limited the area's ability to fully manage the daily volume of waste.

新的金甌省是由原金甌省和前薄遼省合并而成，此次合并于7月1日生效。

The new Ca Mau Province was formed by merging the old province with the former Bac LieuProvince on July1.
