此次合約的獲得，將進(jìn)一步擴大瀚藍(lán)在香港廢物轉(zhuǎn)運領(lǐng)域的業(yè)務(wù)輻射范圍，并與現(xiàn)有運營的北大嶼山廢物轉(zhuǎn)運站及七個離島廢物轉(zhuǎn)運設(shè)施業(yè)務(wù)形成協(xié)同效應(yīng)，進(jìn)一步提升服務(wù)保障水平。該項目采用按噸收費、按月結(jié)算的付費機制，營運收入根據(jù)每月經(jīng)認(rèn)證的廢物處理噸位支付，收費與服務(wù)量直接掛鉤，結(jié)算方式清晰，有助于形成穩(wěn)定、可持續(xù)的現(xiàn)金流。

The award of this contract will further expand Grandblue’s refuse transfer business in Hong Kong and create synergies with its existing operations at the North Lantau Transfer Station and the seven Outlying Islands Transfer Facilities, further strengthening its service capabilities. The project adopts a pay-per-ton, monthly-settlement payment mechanism. Operating revenue is paid based on the monthly certified tonnage of waste handled, with charges directly linked to service volume. This settlement arrangement is clear and transparent, helping to generate a stable and sustainable cash flow.

Grandblue is headquartered in Nanhai District, Foshan City, in the Greater Bay Area. Sharing cultural roots and geographic proximity with Hong Kong, and drawing on rich experience in refuse transfer station operations, the Company is well positioned to understand and respond to local service needs more rapidly. For the newly awarded project, Grandblue has already drawn up a comprehensive plan and is carrying out preparatory work in an orderly manner. Going forward, in strict accordance with the contract and all management requirements of the EPD, the Company will assemble a professional and high-performing operations and management team to fully implement standardized, refined, and intelligent management. Tailored to the high-density urban environment of Hong Kong, it will continuously optimize the operation of the transfer station to reduce odor, noise, and traffic impacts on surrounding communities, dedicated to elevating the service standards of the transfer station and the environmental quality of the surrounding area. At the same time, the Company will draw on its accumulated experience in resolving the “NIMBY” effect from past solid waste projects, actively engaging with the local community where the project is located, attending closely to the concerns of residents and the HKSAR Government, providing long-term and stable services, and contributing to social harmony and stability.

High-Quality, Efficient Operation of the NLTS and OITF Project, Builds Up Refuse Transfer Service Experience

此前，瀚藍(lán)通過并購粵豐環(huán)保，承接北大嶼山廢物轉(zhuǎn)運站及離島廢物轉(zhuǎn)運設(shè)施設(shè)計－建造－營運（DBO）服務(wù)項目（設(shè)計規(guī)模1811噸/日），在廢物轉(zhuǎn)運站營運管理、設(shè)施升級改造及本地法規(guī)適配等方面積累了實踐經(jīng)驗，在香港樹立了良好的聲譽。

Previously, through the acquisition of Canvest Environmental Protection, Grandblue took on the Design-Build-Operate (DBO) service contract for the North Lantau Transfer Station (NLTS) and Outlying Islands Transfer Facilities (OITF) (with a designed capacity of 1,811 tons per day). The Company has accumulated hands-on experience in refuse transfer station operation and management, facility upgrading and refurbishment, and adaptation to local regulations, earning a strong reputation in HongKong.

北大嶼山廢物轉(zhuǎn)運站及離島廢物轉(zhuǎn)運設(shè)施以現(xiàn)代化轉(zhuǎn)運設(shè)施與智能調(diào)度系統(tǒng)為核心，針對香港離島眾多、人口分布不均的地理特點，以及高度關(guān)注環(huán)境保護(hù)的社區(qū)文化，構(gòu)建了集約高效的跨區(qū)域垃圾轉(zhuǎn)運體系，將分散于各離島及偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的垃圾高效轉(zhuǎn)運至新界西堆填區(qū)或其他指定填埋場處置，既大幅提升香港垃圾轉(zhuǎn)運效率與環(huán)保水平，又最大程度減少了運輸對居民生活及自然景觀的干擾，是香港特區(qū)政府推動“減少廢物、資源循環(huán)”戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施之一。

Centered on modern transfer facilities and intelligent dispatch systems, the NLTS and OITF address the geographic characteristics of Hong Kong’s numerous outlying islands and unevenly distributed population, as well as the community’s strong commitment to environmental protection. The project has established an intensive and efficient cross-regional waste transfer system, efficiently consolidating waste from scattered outlying islands and remote areas and shipping it to the West New Territories Landfill or other designated landfills for disposal. This not only substantially enhances Hong Kong’s waste transfer efficiency and environmental performance, but also minimizes the disruption that transport activities cause to residents’ daily lives and the natural landscape. It stands as one of the key pieces of infrastructure supporting the HKSAR Government’s strategy of “waste reduction and resource recycling.”

項目是全港首個引入在線PM2.5空氣質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的廢物轉(zhuǎn)運項目，有效降低對周邊社區(qū)空氣質(zhì)量的影響，保障居民健康。此外，項目還將逐步淘汰現(xiàn)有柴油動力集裝箱船，全面替換為全電動集裝箱船。作為首批在香港地區(qū)投用的全電動垃圾轉(zhuǎn)運船舶，此舉在顯著提升能源利用效率的同時，有效實現(xiàn)碳排放削減。
